What’s Disgruntled to Grounded all about?
Sometimes, life looks fine on paper… the job pays the bills, the schedule makes sense, and from the outside, you seem settled.
But inside? Something feels off.
You might be restless, uninspired, or quietly questioning whether this path still fits who you’re becoming. That sense of frustration or “holy discontent” isn’t something to ignore - it’s often the spark that leads to realignment.
From Disgruntled to Grounded is a 5-day challenge designed to help you unpack that feeling, understand what it’s trying to tell you, and begin to rebuild a rhythm that feels true to you again.
Here are the day by day topics we’ll be journeying through together… ⬇️
Day One: Dissatisfaction
On day one of the challenge, we’ll be tackling whether it’s a mountain or a molehill you’re currently climbing as we support you in unearthing the root of where you’re disgruntled. Be prepared for mindset shifts and momentum from the very first day as the depth of the dissatisfaction you discover, will also be what propels you to pursue true purpose for the rest of the challenge.
Day Two: Desire
What do you want?
Whilst this might sound like a question steeped in privilege, it’s important to ask it, because often, the desires we have (e.g. more flexibility, a pay rise, support, to leave my 9-5 etc.) are less unobtainable than we think. Today we explore desire and begin to believe that your hopes can happen.
Day Three: Doubt
It’s inevitable that after a couple of days of unearthing what you don’t want whilst realising what you do, that you’ll be met with our familiar friend doubt. Yes, doubt can sometimes serve as a safety mechanism, but this uncharted territory you’re about to walk into is safe, and so today is all about eliminating the ‘what if’ as we make way for the wonder.
Day Four: Discipline
Before you log off in shock at the use of such a word in the same world as wellbeing, hear me out…. Now that we’re crystal clear on what’s bothering us as well as motivated for what we’re truly excited about, and we’ve removed the stinking thinking, discipline will come easier. Promise. That said, today is all about the beginnings of a plan which works for you and your stage of life, as opposed to anyone else.
Day Five: Decision
Your path is now clear, the negative chatter has been eliminated and you’re truly ready to go and grow towards your goals in a way which works for you. This final day of the challenge is all about giving you the tools to stay the course as you make the decision to change your course of action from now onwards.
Let’s go from disgruntled to grounded together!

How will the challenge work?
Get ready for coaching, journal prompts, worksheets and videos for your reflection taking place throughout your time in the 5-day challenge.
↪️ Each day, you can expect a short written devotional reflection alongside a practical video to be dropped directly into your inbox. The devotional and video will explore that day’s theme, and because your time is precious, you can sure none of the videos will be longer than 10 minutes.
↪️ Each of the videos will be accompanied by a worksheet giving you some questions and journal prompts to think through further, as well as some action steps. Come into the Facebook group to share your takeaways - active participants will be entered into a giveaway!
↪️ On Day Five, rather than the usual format, I’ll sharing a webinar style training with you on our final topic of ‘decision’, bringing the learnings from the week together whilst giving you the steps needed to take it from there and stay the course.
I hope you’re as excited as I am to get going! 💃🏽
