Your Day 2 video and questions are below ⤵️

💭 Questions and Food for thought from the video:

1. Is your delay in going and growing towards what your called to purposeful or fear-based? Do you put off until tomorrow what you can do today more often than you’d like to admit?

2. How do you make time enough to pause and celebrate what you have been given and what you’ve achieved with it rather than moaning about what you’ve not yet been given, or not yet accomplished?

3. How much of your identity and worth do you attach to your work? How does your answer to this feel?

Current Client Real-Time Feedback…

I’ve found the TIME framework invaluable for ordering my days, to making small steps forward that lead to larger increments in terms of my work journey, my personal journey and my faith journey.

I found it really encouraging to use that framework to order my days and to be able to see my progress over a period of time. I love being able to start each day with gratitude and remembering what God has been doing in the last few days, weeks, and months. And then to be really intentional, looking back over at my goals I set at the start of the 90 days and thinking what can I do today to link in with the goals. And if they’re not linking in with the goals, there has to be a good reason for them to be on my to-do list - my intentions for that day.

It’s really focused my mind. I don’t have a lot of time to spend growing my business alongside my part-time job and family commitments, but the TIME framework has really helped me to be productive and efficient. And I look back over the last six weeks or so that I’ve been using it and can see some very definite progress steps.

Also, really excitingly, I’ve already met some of my 90-day goals just because I’ve been taking the small intentional steps every day. So that’s been really helpful. It’s also been a really good practice for me to carve out time for me every day and to know that that doesn’t have to be an hour or two. It can just be five, ten minutes reading a book I like or sitting down with one of my kids to watch a TV show. It’s encouraged me to see that rest is important and life-giving and has really helped me set pace for my days, which is great.

So thank you Naomi. It’s a fabulous framework. I recommend it to anybody who is juggling different things in life and wearing different hats and just wants a bit of gentle focus. It’s incredibly easy to use as well. I got into it straight away from day one and just found the whole process very simple and yet very insightful. It’s a very easy, quick thing to do first thing in the morning or sometimes the night before, but it gives really big results.”
